The above 5 and 1/4 inch bronze item matches that description. Furthermore, the back identifies the company and date:

The match of company name, year, company proximity to Steven Rebeck's Cleveland Studio (52 miles) and fellow Cleveland sculptor Frank Jirouch creating 3 others of the set strongly suggest this Chapel Bookend was the item under copyright and a sculpture of Steven Rebeck.
