This 3 inch bronze medal was designed for Cleveland Catholic Charities. The original medal was struck by the Medallic Art Company. At some point since 1994, the medal was slighly altered as the award was expanded to include all service to the Cleveland Catholic Dioceses (hence the phrase "Catholic Charities" was dropped from the medal). Rebeck's signature was also dropped from the reverse. The altered medal is produced by Gino's Jewelry of Cleveland.  A plaster cast of the medal is owned by the organization.  It is the highest award given by The Cleveland Diocese.
